Shrikantha Ananda Marathe

Partner and Business head

He brings over 17 years of experience in successfully developing and managing global immigration processes for large scale enterprises.

Prior to Immidart, Mr. Marathe was Global Immigration Operations Head at Wipro Limited. While at Wipro, he spearheaded the immigration department involving cross-geo mobility of people to over 80 countries. During his long stint with Wipro, he managed a team of 100+ immigration professionals and was honoured with the Best People Manager Award for 2 years.

Previously Mr. Marathe held key Finance positions at Mini Group of Companies at Nairobi, Kenya. A University Rank Holder, he is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's Degree in Management. He is an avid sports lover and a stay fit enthusiast.

Sreekantha D Nayak

Partner and product head

Mr. Nayak has been instrumental in setting up the R&D and Software Centre at Immidart which is focusing on strategic innovation for the immigration industry. Prior to Immidart he worked for Wipro, where he was leading the business support group as well as automation and processing engineering divisions of Immigration function. During his tenure, he has won several awards for lean and six sigma initiatives which resulted in remarkable process improvements and also distinctly contributing towards the financial objectives of the organization. His inclination to R&D is manifested at Indian Institute of Science, where he was part of many large-scale R&D projects, resulting in series of publications in peer reviewed national and international journals. He invests considerable time in reading, writing and photography.

Sunder Prakasham

Partner

With over 20 years of experience running startups, he presently is the Managing Director of TTK Services Pvt. Ltd., a TTK Group company focused on providing technology enabled consumer services.

He is responsible for the business strategy and the overall profitability of three business divisions with distinctly different models, global operations, offices in 6 Indian cities and a staff strength of more than 350 employees.

Notable achievements include conceptualizing and building one of India’s largest immigration support services that serves top IT and non-IT clients in India. He was also responsible for founding “GetFriday”, one of the largest players in the organized Virtual Assistant (VA) and Business Support Services market globally. It provides 24/7 services in more than 50 countries, spanning 4 time zones.

Sunder is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from BSMED. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and loves to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and help them build successful companies.
