Immidart Technologies is strongly committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information and the security of our computer systems.

Immidart Technologies is not responsible for the privacy practices of its customers. Accordingly, Immidart Technologies encourages users of the Application to read the Privacy Policy of every applicable company. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the role Immidart Technologies plays in collecting and storing the data via the applications.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms, “Immidart”, “Products and Website”, shall refer collectively to www.immidart.com as well as the other websites, products, services, tools & applications that Immidart Technologies operates and that link to this “Privacy Policy”.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the procedures and practices followed by entities that are not managed, owned or controlled by Immidart Technologies or to the people that are not engaged, employed or managed by Immidart Technologies. If you link to other sites outside Immidart Technologies, you are subject to the that site’s privacy policy.

Immidart Technologies collects information in accordance with requirement and the direction of our Customers and has no direct relationship with individuals/end user whose personal information we process in connection with our Customer’s use of our product and website. “Customers” or “Individuals/End user” to our product and website are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements or other obligations, relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the use of our product and website by individuals (also referred to as “data subjects”). Individuals/End User who interacts with a Customer using our product and website, will be required to contact the related customer for any assistance or questions relating to their personal information.

Immidart Technologies may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to third parties for these purposes are governed by the Service Agreements with our Customers.

Immidart Technologies may process data of an individual, end-client or end user on behalf of the Customer when the Customer obtains consent from an end user or when other provisions available to process the data under applicable law. Customers who utilize Immidart Technologies to process personal information of an end user are obligated to hold all appropriate consents wherever applicable and advised to use the product and website pursuant to applicable law.

Immidart Technologies supports end users’ rights to retrieve any information retained on our servers which relates to such end user. Immidart Technologies acknowledges your right to access your personal information. We have processes in place to accommodate an end user’s rights to delete data, amend erroneous data, access data and receive personal data or sensitive data in a machine-readable commonly used format, all subject to applicable laws, contractual obligation with our Customers and technical feasibility.

Collection of Personal and Sensitive Information

The data and information collected from you is the sole responsibility of the Customer or individual or end user. Immidart Technologies just hosts the data and information.

Immidart is not responsible for privacy practices of its customers. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the role Immidart plays in collecting and storing the data in our application.

The application collects personal information that may relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as Name, Address, Citizenship, Family details, throughout several points within Immidart products. User may enter personal information directly within the application or personal information may be entered by customers staff or other systems through data integration. Depending on the contractual arrangements, personal information within the application is either stored in our managed hosting provider’s data centers or on our customer systems

Immidart Technologies uses common Internet technologies such as cookies and session, to keep track of interactions within the application to identify you and make interactions with the application easy and meaningful. These technologies may provide us with personal information, information about devices and networks you utilize to access our product and websites, Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track aggregate non-personally identifiable information and other information regarding your interactions with our product and websites.

We gather certain information and store it in log files when you use our product and website. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses as well as browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, information you search for, locale and language preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information.

Use and Treat of Personal/ Sensitive Information and Customer Dat

Customers of Immidart Technologies uses the Company’s product and website to host data and information which can include “Customer Data”.

Immidart Technologies will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Immidart Technologies Agreement, or as may be required by law. The use of information collected shall be limited to the purpose of providing the product and service for which the Customers has engaged.

Immidart may share personal information with government authorities and others to respond to investigations, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any individual, violation of Immidart contractual obligations or as otherwise required by law.

Immidart Technologies does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Immidart Technologies will also use customer data information in very narrow, specific and limited circumstances such as;

  • Providing Users with access to the Sites and other features and functionality of the Sites
  • Customizing and improving the Sites
  • Developing additional Immidart products and services;
  • Providing maintenance, support and customer service for the Sites;
  • Processing payments for goods and services;
  • Providing notices regarding the Sites;
  • Contacting Users for direct marketing purposes;
  • Contacting Users for information verification purposes.
Processing personal information for EU

Collecting and using personal information of individuals for European union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which it will be collected. We collect personal information from you only where we have your consent either directly from you or your authorized representative (e.g. the Immidart Technologies Customer).

Where we obtained your consent to process the personal information, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time. Please note that this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Retaining Personal Information

Immidart will retain your personal information we process on behalf of our Customer within the Application for as long as is needed to provide services to our Customers. Immidart will retain this Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligation, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete it or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

For personal information that we process on behalf of our Customers, we will retain such personal information in accordance with the terms of our agreement with them, subject to applicable law.

Privacy Rights

Based on written request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information.

An individual who seeks access to, or who seeks to correct or, amend inaccuracies in, or delete personal information stored or processed by us on behalf of a Customer should direct his/her query to the Customer who has collected and holds this information. Upon receipt of a request from one of our Customers for us to remove or manipulate the data, we will respond to their request as soon as reasonably possible. We will retain personal information that we store and process on behalf of our Customers in accordance with the terms of our agreement with them, subject to applicable law.

We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received.

If you are a Customer or otherwise provide us with personal information in connection with your use of our product and website, we will delete this information upon your request, provided that, notwithstanding such request, this information may be retained for as long as you maintain an account for our product and website, or as needed to provide you with our product and website, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Data Security Policy

Immidart Technologies has implemented best international market practices and security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that it has under its control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

Immidart Technologies maintains a strict "No-Spam" policy, which means that Immidart Technologies does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party without your consent.

While no transmission of information via the internet is 100 % completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of customer data.

Server Security

The data that we collect from you will be stored within India. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers in a controlled environment with limited access.

All our data communications are transmitted securely through latest encryption technology. Our network and servers are protected by Firewall, Check Point intrusion detection, software firewall and antivirus software. Information is only made available to authorized users. Servers and data storage are hosted with Microsoft Azure Cloud and we have followed the best practices recommended by Microsoft. Data Backup

Data are backed up every 15 minutes in a separate geographical location in India. We also have a DR environment in a separate geographical location ensuring your data can be quickly and efficiently recovered in the event of a disaster at one of the locations.

Policy Updates

Immidart Technologies reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. Immidart Technologies will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on its website as soon as they go into effect. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
